Shipping within Germany: via DHL Flat-rate shipping costs: €6.99 per order
Pick-up (exclusively for profine employees): You have the option of selecting ‘Pick-up’ in your shopping basket. The ordered goods can then be picked up at our factory (locations: Pirmasens, Troisdorf and Berlin) after making an appointment with profine GmbH. Returns: Please note the cancellation policy. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You can return unused items within 14 days. All returned items must be in their original condition (unworn and with tags still attached, if applicable) to be accepted.
Exchanges: Exchanges (e.g., for a different size) are not possible. However, you can cancel your order and send it back to us. We will then refund the amount as ordered, and you can place a new order for the desired items.
Note for non-EU countries: Depending on the country, import duties may apply, which must be paid separately/additionally. Please contact your local postal service for more information.
